POPIA Compliance and Account Deletion Request

At TRSD, you retain full control over your data. If you choose to delete your account, this action is permanent and will remove your profile, and associated identification records from our systems. 

Please follow the steps below to initiate your data deletion request. 

Step 1: Fill out the deletion request form below.

Step 2: Ensure the email address you provide matches the one used to create your Tenant Shield account.

Step 3: Once submitted, our team will process your request within 3 business days
